I obtained my real estate license in Sept 2006. Since then, I completed the Graduate Realtor Institute, e-PRO (internet certification), and the Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS). In October 2010, I was privileged to be part of the first Pinellas Realtor Organization International Trade Mission to Mexico. I am also a member of the following:

I also represent Pinellas County Government in the sale of homes under the provision of the Neighborhood Stabilization Program (NSP).

In 2010, I was awarded the Gold Eagle Award for Outstanding Achievement in Sales.

In a prior career, I worked for 33 years with the Veterans Administration as a Veterans Benefits Counselor, Rating Specialist and Supervisor.

I am a long-time resident of Pinellas County (35 years) and know the area well. In this community, I serve as President of my Homeowner's Association and on the Board of Neighborhood Watch. Some of my favorite activities include kayaking, swimming, playing volleyball, and just walking on the beach. Pinellas County has been my home for more than 30 years and I can't imagine there’s a better place to work, laugh, and play.
